there are 5 new images for you today. they were all taken during the protests along the scheduled olympic torch run route in sf earlier this month. of course the torch ran elsewhere. far far away. i didn't shoot many images as it was hot and i wasn't in a good shooting mood. however, at the end of the day i stopped to listen to this merry band of wanderers. as much as i support the right to protest, these first three shots were an unexpected gift and my favorite of the day.

there are 10 new images for you today. they were all taken on wednesday, march 19, during a rally and march to mark the five year anniversary of the war in iraq.

in site news--it has been quite a while since i last posted, yes i know, but have no fear i am still here. i am working on a new site design for all of you and was going to wait until it was finished. however, i have taken way too long with it. i hope the new year is going well for all of you and that you are all still fighting the good fights. the site will be changing a tad in the coming weeks so stayed tuned. as i have said many times before, change is good. let us hope those in office feel the same before it is too late eh?
